HI, AS I AM 50 YEARS, WOULD YOU ADVICE ME TO DO THE ABOVE EXERCISES, DO YOU HAVE A VIDEO / PICTURES OF THE RIGHT WAY TO DO THE EXERCISES. THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE. GOD BLESS

  2. zoom

Sounds like a great way to give yourself hemorrhoids if you ask me.

  3. Frank

I echo Zoom’s comment; it seems that this exercise would indeed cause hemorrhoids. Please correct me if I am wrong

  4. it could if done incorrectly, but I do this and similar exercises almost daily and I don’t have hemorrhoids. But yes it could, especially if you try.

this is going to be bad for smokers or ex smokers. that much force in the lungs will make their alveoli pop. use with caution

The Taoists and Kung Fu practitioners have been practicing this exercise for centuries. The comments relating to hemorrhoids should be discounted….If the exercise is performed correctly, the proper practice will have the person also contracting the anus (Sucking in the rectal muscles) at the same time. Try it…

The breath should be released in an “sssssssssssssssss” sound as you perform the exercise. Tensing the arms in a “squeeze” motion also provides good benefit. This particular exercise should be done BEFORE eating – preferably in the morning.

If you perform it on a full stomach then it is not pretty!

  8. I tried this exercise and noticed that my once flaccid and flabby anoose grew tight and rigid much as it had once used to been.
